The end of the challenge, but just the beginning….

Today is the summer solstice–the longest day of the year and luckily, with cooperation from the weather, the longest day of sunshine! I’m definitely grateful for that.

Your task for today is to reflect on the 21 days of The Gratitude Challenge and what this process has meant to you. Make a list of 21 things for which you are grateful and post the list somewhere you can see every day as a reminder.

Thank you for participating!

Let me know how this went for you. Any suggestions for next time?

    MY TRIBUTE: GRATITUDE
    1. Rest and shelter of last night
    2. Each new morning that I wake up.
    3. Health and food – love and friends
    4. Everything God sends me whether it is PAIN or GAIN.
    5. Grace before meals, grateful that I never go hungry
    6. My sense of well-being and feelings of joy
    7. That my steps are ordered by the Lord, who is the Author and Finisher of my Faith.
    8. That I feel better when I give than when I receive.
    9. Being able to notice the little things; look for the good, even in unpleasant situations; and bring gratitude to my experiences
    10. That I already have everything I desire
    11. That I when I don’t know something I am eager to learn.
    12. The difficult time during which I grow.
    13. My limitations because they allow me the opportunities for improvement.
    14. Each new challenge, which build my strength and character.
    15. My mistakes, which teach me very valuable lessons.
    16. When I am tired and weary because it means I’ve made a difference in the lives of my students.
    17. For the setbacks because it teaches me to get back up and continue.
    18. For my troubles because they oftentimes become my blessings.
    19. That my success is due in large part due to my loyalty, helpfulness, which affords me the encouragement I have received from others. “
    20. I have the ability to reflect upon my present blessings, and not on my past misfortunes of which all men have some.”
    21. God has given so much to me, that I give Him a grateful heart.
