    As always, once I remember it is Friday (lol) and I listen to the podcast, I know I am on the right track. It was very difficult at first but it is becoming easier. I am getting used to eating my “cardboard” food (lol), which is beginning to be very tasty, and I will not go back to eating food that is scrumptious, a synonym for fat (lol). Thank you and looking forward to next week. I really enjoy your Home page.

      I have started a change in my eating habits, I am not saying that I am dieting because it puts a stress on me so I am being careful as to what I eat, and Iam exercising daily. I am slowly cutting down on my sugars, etc and looking forward to losing weight slowly.

        That’s a great point–because dieting is something that you do with an end in mind while eating well and exercising should be an ongoing lifestyle practice. Diet makes you think “deprivation”. You are definitely taking steps in the right direction!
